Unique Marijuana Laws in Colorado State Legislature

The recent approval of Amendment 64, which legalizes marijuana in limited and specific ways, has received nationwide attention. This law does not lift any and all restrictions on the cultivation, possession, distribution, and use of cannabis, however.
