Francis Cuddihee joined Trani Law in February of 2017. Since that time, he has become the “go to” family law attorney in Denver providing aggressive representation for each of his clients. He has gained a reputation for creating a personal connection to each client so that they know that he truly cares about their situation and their future.

While his focus since joining the Firm has been on high asset divorce cases, Mr. Cuddihee represents clients in all types of family law related matters such as divorce, allocation of parental rights, asset division, dependency and neglect, child support, alimony, and protection orders. Mr. Cuddihee has created a special niche protecting the business interests of his clients in such cases.

Mr. Cuddihee also helps clients with estate planning and management of high income estates. This includes wills and trusts and asset management.

In addition, Mr. Cuddihee leverages these skills as a mediator, assisting parties in navigating complicated legal matters to avoid litigation and reach common sense agreements.

Mr. Cuddihee began representing clients as fellow at Harvard Legal Aid Bureau in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Since then, he has continued to empower clients as a tenacious litigator and effective negotiator.
